It's time to drink!

I've done the research for you and it can be confusing! Everyone has a different opinion and since we are all different the amount can vary.  Many researches are saying drink eight 8-ounce glasses a day.  Even though the "8 by 8 rule" isn't supported by evidence the numbers make it easy to remember!

The most important thing is you are drinking enough water daily!

I challenge you to think about WATER today and make the effort to drink it!  For some of you this will be easy, you drink enough daily.  For others, this will be a true challenge!  GOOD LUCK!
